Here’s what will happen next:

1. Once you complete the checkout process our bank will verify the purchase and you’ll end up on a payment success page with an order number.
2. In the next few minutes you should receive an e-mail with a zip file attachment containing your license keys. If you haven’t received this please check your junk e-mail or corporate e-mail filter.
3. You’ll get a second e-mail a few minutes after that with a PDF attachment containing your invoice for the purchase.
4. A few days after purchase one of our support team will e-mail you to introduce themselves as your dedicated tech support contact and to point out some useful learning resources. In particular, our Youtube channel contains lots of video tutorials on using the Proteus software.
5. Technical support for all professional purchases of Proteus is FREE. You can contact support with any questions at any time, including on the phone during office hours. We’ll do our very best to work through your problems with you as soon as we can. Community support from the ( Labcenter forum ) is also available and monitored by Labcenter staff.
